Cherry appears to be a man of towering stature, similar to his partner, Sweet Tea Rakeem. He wears an inverted polka-dot shirt, and has a full head of hair. Cherry is found near the campsite in the Area 1/2 Transition, blocking the entrance to a cavern, alongside Rakeem.

- Cherry is exclusive to Pain Mode, and he aids Sweet Tea Rakeem during the fight against him, which makes the battle much tougher than in Normal Mode. This is (arguably) the first true challenge that Pain Mode offers.
- Cherry, alongside Rakeem, has an instant-kill attack; Heart Squeeze. However, due to a programming-quirk, neither of them are ever able to use it in-game.
- The music heard during the fight against Cherry and Rakeem is "War Season".
- Him and Rakeem are both called Denny in their battle graphics. Rakeem being Denny Sweet Tea while Vic is just Dennys.
