Description[]
When passing by the Rando Army Camp in the New Roads Area, he and Mystic Pete will stop you. Based on your choice to ignore them or confront them, the next fight will either be against only the four visible men (Porky Roy, Hoops Jardeen, Mystic Pete, and Lance Gravys), or Oak Tree Steve will join the fight as well, making it more difficult. If you wish to fight the four men first and then Oak Tree Steve, confront the four men directly when they call out to you.
