B.B.B.s are Mr. Beautiful's subordinates that appear in LISA: THE JOYFUL.

Description

B.B.B.s are peaceful and timid members of Mr. Beautiful's gang of pacifists. They all wear masks of a smiling white face with blonde hair and blush, resembling a baby. These masks serve as their symbol, as two masks on sticks identify the way to their village in Area 1.

Being pacifists and refusing to be violent, they will not challenge Buddy and she can easily walk by them or ignore them entirely. When passing, Buddy is given the option to either fight or keep walking. Should she choose to fight, B.B.B.s will only use Stall, meaning that they will never fight back, making it a completely one-sided battle.

It is never said in the game what the acronym B.B.B. means. However, in the LISA: THE PAINFUL art collection, next to their sprites it reads "BEAUTIFUL BABY BOYS", meaning that that is what B.B.B. most likely stands for.

Locations

• There are several B.B.B.s found in Pacifist Village.
  • Despite appearing in the LISA: THE PAINFUL sprite collection, they are not featured in Painful at all.

Notes

• Killing B.B.B.s has no effect on the plot or the story, and the only things gained by defeating them are EXP. and their item drops.

Trivia

• When approaching B.B.B.s in their homes, many will run and cover when Buddy arrives. They will do so even if Buddy has not harmed a single one.
• The B.B.B.s won't even defend themselves against Joy Mutants, as Baby has killed a few of them and the rest seem to be hiding in fear.
  • This also indicates that Joy is being taken in this completely violence-free village.
